I received wonderful customer service from Premier Flooring . I placed an order for out of stock carpet in February . Steve kept me up to date when it was manufactured, shipped and delivered . They installed it for me the next day after they received it. That day happened to be a Saturday, which was much more prompt than I expected.Their installers were competent and personable . I am very satisfied with the way I was treated throughout this experience .
My wife and I contracted with PREMIER (Steve and his team) to install a new floor system in our home. I have waited a couple of months from the time of install to write a review just in case we discovered any issues. I am very happy to report we are just as satisfied and impressed with the installation as we were when it was installed.At a time when most businesses have abandoned CUSTOMER SERVICE or CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, Premier excels at both. Right from the beginning when we entered the show room, we were greeted with sincere professionalism and information based upon years of knowledge and experience.The installation crew was top notch with a very skilled and disciplined process. Before starting, every detail of the work to be performed was explained. Steve snd his staff pride themselves in top notch customer service and making sure his clients are completely satisfied.We hired them to do a relatively small job in our kitchen. There was a quality concern due to a manufacturing defect in the material. Steve did everything right, going above and beyond to ensure our job was done with top quality. Jose and his team put in my LVP floors this Saturday and they are so awesome. I would highly recommend them. They listed to all my questions, and served with care and finished in One day. The guys were great, friendly and the price was right. Am definitely recommending to my community and friends.

These guys are awesome! I'm selling my home and wanted to install new flooring before listing. Not only is the new flooring beautiful but, when Steve and Jose found out I was moving on a Friday and Saturday, they immediately offered to install on that Sunday so that I could get the photos done and listed as quickly as possible the following week. Not only did they go above and beyond on the install, but when they came out to measure for my estimate, Jesus noticed one of the heavy accordion doors to my laundry closet had come off the track and he put it back on for me! Above and beyond...excellent customer service! When I find my new home, I'm calling Premier Flooring.
